Guarantee of the details of goods mentioned in the waybill
: When the sender, his official agent or representative submits the goods to the multimodal transport operator for transportation, the details mentioned in the multimodal waybill shall be deemed to have given a general guarantee in relation to the details of the goods so submitted.
